Hi, I’m Angela.
Your BFF + New
Health Coach.

I am a certified Health and Nutrition Coach whose services are established on the foundation of integrity. My extensive background focuses on the intricacies of poor habit breaking, the four pillars of health (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), and inspiring healthy mindset shifts.

Being raised by a mother who was sick the majority of my life with various forms of cancer was the catalyst that ignited my passion for health and wellness.

This inspired my mission for using holistic health and the connection of mental, physical, and gut health to help others transform and guide them towards living their healthiest, best lives.

In order to achieve this, I have undergone a diverse range of formal education. I have earned certificates in Culinary Nutrition, Raw Nutrition, Raw Cuisine, and Intuitive Eating, as well as an International Health Coaching Certificate.

In addition, I am currently completing my Health Coaching Board Certification and am a diligent member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

As a mama who has gone through it all herself, my primary goal is to be an empathetic support system for other mamas. I deeply believes everyone has what it takes to overcome emotional, spiritual, and physical barriers to achieve whole-body fulfillment.

Sometimes all it takes is connecting with someone who values your success just as much as you.

A health coach...

  • Forms a relationship with and helps individuals gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to make long-term positive health changes, enabling them to reach their health goals.
  • Helps their clients identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Provides motivation, encouragement, practical guidance, and support.
  • Uses a variety of strategies and techniques to help their clients achieve their health goals including motivational interviewing, positive psychology, understanding the stages of change, habit formation and reversal, accountability and goal setting.
  • Uses a client-centered approach, where the client sets the focus and owns the process, work, and ultimately, the success.
  • Acts as a partner and facilitator, supporting their clients in taking action, creating plans, and achieving goals.
  • Identifies the underlying causes of the habits that the client wants to change and works out individual programs for each client that align with the client’s goals, passions, and needs.
