In order to provide the best possible service for each client, there are limited spaces available for the Complete Regeneration Program. Although a typical session schedule could include two 50-minute sessions per month, we understand that sometimes doesn’t work! If you need twenty-minute sessions each week or to meet for a walk with your kiddos in tow, we can make that happen. My goal is to help you achieve yours, however that may look.

What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a supportive partnership between you and the health coach. It motivates and encourages you to create behavior changes that will help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
A health coach forms a relationship with and helps individuals gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to make long-term positive health changes, enabling them to reach their health goals. They help their clients identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them. They provide motivation, encouragement, practical guidance, and support. A variety of strategies and techniques are used to help clients achieve their health goals including motivational interviewing, positive psychology, understanding the stages of change, habit formation and reversal, and accountability and goal setting. This is done using a client-centered approach, where the client sets the focus and owns the process, work, and, ultimately, the success.
What areas of my life can I address with a health coach?
We provide guidance in many areas of life, including: nutrition, health maintenance, physical activity, sleep, stress management, weight management, relationships, spiritual practices, and mindset.
What type of training or credentials do you have?
Angela has undergone a diverse range of formal education. She has earned certificates in Culinary Nutrition, Raw Nutrition, Raw Cuisine, and Intuitive Eating, as well as her International Health. Coaching Certificate. In addition, Angela is currently completing her Health Coaching Board Certification and is a diligent member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Do you prescribe medications?
As a health coach, we do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or interpret medical results. We are simply our clients' accountability partner and educator to help guide them through the plan created.
Do you work with clients outside of Morris County, NJ?
Absolutely! Almost every service can be provided virtually. If you have questions about a particular program or service, email Angela at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will my wellness journey take?
There is no set number of sessions. Each client’s journey is completely individual and depends on their goals. Your health coach’s primary goal is to help you achieve yours by guiding you on your journey to wellness.
How long are health coaching sessions?
This completely depends on your schedule. Angela will tailor each session to you and what fits your life best.
What should I expect during a consultation?
During your initial consultation, Angela will get to know you and explore your areas of concern to determine what strategies and tools will be the most beneficial in helping you meet your wellness goals.
What should I expect after my consultation?
Once your consultation is complete, you will choose if you would like to work with Angela to create an individualized wellness plan. Angela will make recommendations for what will be the best way to help you achieve your goals. You will be provided with unmatched one-on-one treatment no matter what program or service you choose.
